Awesome Autumn Flowers: Clockwise from top left : The Dahlia comes in a wide variety of forms from the simple and daisy-like to round ball pompons and through to the spidery. Colours include hot vibrant colours, pinks, lilacs and purple as well as bi-coloured and variegated. Their main season is June through to October. Dahlia World describes the incredible choice of varieties and colours on offer. Sunflowers are mostly bright yellow with dark brown centres but you can also find other colours such as orange or maroon. Availability generally runs from summer through to late autumn with some varieties available nearly all year round. Sunflowers would be excellent for creating a really bold style statement. Sunflower Bridal Bouquet. The British Grown Nerine season is August through to October but they are available all year round from overseas growers. The nerine is a pretty exotic looking flower with slender petals furled like gift ribbons. They often come in hot pink or pale pink but are also available in pure white. Nerine are perfect for adding an exotic touch to bouquets or table arrangements.
. The Hypericum berries are available all year round and come in a variety of colours including cream, green, red, orange and brown. Their flowers are golden flowers rather like large buttercups. The berries are perfect for accenting the space between flowers and add extra interest and texture to bouquets and arrangements.
