Summer Wedding Flowers Pink And Black Magic Roses

Q

I'm getting married in June 2008, and the chosen colours for our bridesmaid dresses is a creamy gold champagne colour. My dress is ivory and they look lovely, but my husband to be wants to wear a 'deepish' red colour cravat. I was originally thinking of carrying deep red roses in my bouquet, but obviously do not wish it to look like a winter wedding.
I was thinking of having a round posy made of of contrasting colours of 'black magic' and baby pink roses but think this will still look out of place.

A The best way of using a mixture of rose colours to create a summery look using deep red roses is to mix with pink and cream. I recommend using something like a black magic or passion rose, mixed with either an aqua pink rose for a stunning look or a flashback rose for a more antique look and also some cream vendella. This creates a more subtle toning than just 2 colours and lightens the darker colours making it a brighter summer theme.
