Real Dream Weddings... Matthew & Nicola at Gosfield Hall, Essex

Beautiful Spring Wedding at Gosfield Hall in Essex featuring a stunning orange, champagne and ivory theme.

Nicola chose an Audrey Hepburn style for her hair on the day - simple elegant and beautiful! Her designer dress was from Nicola Anne Bridalwear and featured a gorgeous vintage style bodice with delicate embroidery. The bride wore a designer dress from Nicola Anne Bridalwear. The design featured a delicate vintage style bodice in a Champagne colour. The brides elegant hand-tied bouquet with ivory Calla Lilies and Roses.
Although the bride admitted to feeling very nervous the priest was lovely which helped to make her feel more relaxed. The church and ceremony were beautiful! The church flowers included simple elegant pew ends with white roses and glossy green foliage. Mr and Mrs Ball signing the register.
The bridesmaids wore a single Ivory rose in their hair - an understated yet elegant touch. The bridesmaids wore dresses in a beautiful cinnamon colour that complemented the brides dress perfectly. For the men in the bridal party suits were hired from Debenhams. Cravats and handkerchiefs were made specially to match the bridesmaids dresses.
The gorgeous flower girl and handsome ring bearer taking their responsibilities very seriously! Elegant touches featured throughout the wedding including a Rolls Royce. The theme of understated elegance for the day carried through perfectly to the reception decorations. The beautiful venue was a perfect setting for the couples special day.

All smiles as the cake is cut. The cake table was decorated with scattered petals and trails of ivy. A simply stunning three tier cake decorated with Calla Lilies.
One of Nicola's special memories was the couple's first dance. They had an Irish band for the first part of the evening then danced the night away with a disco.
The couple was on holiday in Portugal with Nicola’s parents when Matthew asked Nicola’s father for permission to marry his daughter – fortunately permission was given and Matthew’s romantic proposal was accepted! The pair decided to celebrate their wedding at the magnificent Gosfield Hall in Essex, a beautiful Georgian manor House - a truly elegant setting for a romantic English Country House wedding.
