Ian and Bridget wanted to have a wedding that had a traditional theme with a modern twist . Their relaxed attitude was mirrored in their glorious day held at Wicksteed Park Northamptonshire where they had a Civil Ceremony and Reception.
Bridget's shared her tips to create a gorgeous wedding and keep to a budget. " There are so many fantastic suppliers out there, I attended a variety of Wedding Fairs, which are great as you can chat directly with the supplier and tell them exactly what youre looking for, plus you see their work and what they can offer. If you have the time to make your own things then I would really recommend doing so, you can save a lot of money by doing this ebay is a great pace to buy things cheaply without losing out on quality. I made all my own favours and stationery including my table seating plan and I bought most of the materials at ebay. Shop around and youll be amazed how much you can save." Bridget found a lot of her ideas by researching in magazines, on wedding websites and at wedding fares". Bridget's top tip? "The most important thing is to enjoy your day; we spend so much time planning it, just relax and take it all in!"
