Real Dream Weddings... Ian and Bridget at Wicksteed Park

Ian and Bridget wanted to have a wedding that had a traditional theme with a modern twist . Their relaxed attitude was mirrored in their glorious day held at Wicksteed Park Northamptonshire where they had a Civil Ceremony and Reception.

The Civil Ceremony was held in the St. George’s Suite with 50 or so of close family and friends. Bridget walked in with her dad to “You Raise Me Up” by Westlife. Ian and Bridget's wedding was made very individual by their choice of modern music and personal songs “Come Into My Life” by Kylie, “I Believe I’m Gonna Love You” by Joe Longthorne, “We’ve Only Just begun” by The Carpenters. Ian was nervous and admitted he had a lump in his throat as Bridget walked in! While the guests were waiting for the ceremony to begin and during the wedding breakfast they played music by Enya. For the evening reception they chose a disco by a local DJ.
